Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fifo88 ("fifo88", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at fifo88.cam (the "Platform"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services, games, features, promotions, and content made available through fifo88.

• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or automated system) registering on your own behalf.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a fifo88 employee in a role that creates a conflict of interest.
• You must register using true, accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false information, including a false date of birth to circumvent the age requirement, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

fifo88 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) active account on fifo88 at any given time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure, cancellation of all pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of bonus balances.

Upon registration, you are required to provide a valid email address, accurate personal details as they appear on your government-issued identity document, and a secure password. Terms of Use

The following general terms apply to all Platform usage:

Deposits & Withdrawals

fifo88 supports a range of payment methods for Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT). Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• fifo88 does not charge platform fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which fifo88 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits made by cryptocurrency are subject to blockchain network confirmation times and may not credit instantly. fifo88 is not liable for delays caused by network congestion.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for most payment methods. Specific minimums and maximums for each method are published in the Cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawals are processed in the order they are received, in accordance with the fifo88 FIFO (First In, First Out) processing principle.
• Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers via DuitNow or FPX may take up to 2 hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.
• All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. First-time withdrawals require submission of a valid government-issued identity document (MyKad or Passport) and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment instrument registered in the same name as the fifo88 account. fifo88 reserves the right to decline any withdrawal where the beneficiary details do not match the registered account holder.
• Active bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering conditions will result in forfeiture of bonus funds.

Bonuses & Promotions

fifo88 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, referral rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are communicated at the point of offer and supplement (but do not replace) these general Terms.

• Each Player is eligible to claim each promotional offer only once, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• fifo88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, including retroactively in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, using bonuses across multiple accounts, or exploiting promotional mechanics — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Bonuses may only be used in conjunction with real-money play. Promotional funds cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of applicable withdrawal conditions.
• The cryptocurrency deposit bonus of 2% (up to MYR 688) described on the fifo88 homepage is valid for qualifying crypto deposits as defined in the specific promotion terms. Subject to wagering requirements. 21+ only.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on fifo88 are subject to the specific game rules and sports betting rules applicable to each product. These rules are displayed within each game or betting market and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. fifo88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of manifest pricing error.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error — where odds were published at a clearly incorrect level due to a technical or human error — fifo88 reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous price and to refund stakes.
• Sports betting markets may be suspended at any time due to live events, technical issues, or regulatory requirements. Bets placed prior to market suspension will be settled in accordance with applicable rules.
• For in-play betting on matches including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, and UFC events, any bet that is successfully confirmed before a relevant event (goal, finish, or result) will stand regardless of any delay in the updating of live scores displayed on the Platform.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all products. These limits are displayed in the relevant game interface or betting market and may vary by product, Player account tier, and event.
• fifo88 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake, decline any bet, or restrict account wagering activity on any account at its sole discretion, including where irregular betting patterns are detected.

Responsible Gambling

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.

• Threatening, harassing, or abusing fifo88 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or concealing prohibited activity.

Intellectual Property

All content on the fifo88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, software, and the overall layout and design — is the exclusive property of fifo88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any fifo88 software; or use any fifo88 trademarks, trade names, or branding without prior written permission.

Any unauthorised use of fifo88's intellectual property rights will result in immediate termination of Platform access and may give rise to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fifo88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — even if fifo88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

fifo88's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fifo88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform, for which fifo88 shall not be liable.

Account Suspension & Termination

fifo88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice where fifo88 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• The Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10.
• The Player's account activity suggests money laundering, fraud, or other illegal conduct.
• Continuation of the account presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to fifo88.
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.

Upon termination for breach, fifo88 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any remaining balance, including any pending withdrawals, where the balance is directly associated with or derived from prohibited conduct.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so by contacting fifo88 support. Any verified balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment instrument following standard withdrawal processing procedures.

Amendments to These Terms

fifo88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they meaningfully affect Player rights or obligations — fifo88 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice through a notice displayed on the Platform or via email communication to the registered account address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the governing law applicable to fifo88's licensed operating jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and fifo88, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance. fifo88 is committed to resolving Player complaints fairly and promptly, typically within 5 business days of a formal complaint submission.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through internal processes within a reasonable timeframe, fifo88 will provide information on available external dispute resolution channels. fifo88's internal records of account activity, transaction history, and game results shall be treated as the authoritative reference point in any dispute, subject to the demonstration of any manifest technical error.
